3. Private Outdoor Courtyard to include Back Room (min of 75 people)
a. Open bar rates (4 hour minimum required to reserve @ $45 per person)
i. No cash Bar options for large parties
4. Close Entire Bar (4 hour minimum required)
a. $1000 rental fee? (min of 125 people)
b. Open bar rate (4 hour minimum required to reserve @ $45 per person)
