Private Outdoor Courtyard to Include Back Room
Min 75 Guests
Min 75 guests and a 4 Hr Open Bar @ $65 pp plus tax & gratuity.
( The Room Rental is already included with Open Bar Pricing )
If Cash Bar is Requested for Outdoor & Backroom combo then there will be a $1000 Room Fee added plus a negotiated guaranteed Bar Spend.
Premium
Min 125 Guests
(All weddings or close down private events must include a guaranteed minimum of 125 guests with a 4 hr open package at $65 per person )
Daytime weekdays Fri - Sunday 1-6pm a close down fee of $1500 is added
Evening time 6 pm - 11pm a fee of $2500 is added
If additional time is needed for various set ups on the day prior to the event starting that impedes the bar operation while it is still open, eg flower arranging, decorating, food station set up, religious ceremony, music - then additional fees will be applicable.
If a Different Caterer is to be used for a Close down Event instead of our Caterer at Licweddings.com then a surcharge of $25 per person is to be charged when using an outside caterer all responsibilities of set up and breakdown plus clean up and storage will be on the catering company /event planner. LIC Bar can bring in outside staff if needed to assist for additional fees
LIC Bar can also organize a tent rental company to enclose the outdoor space if needed for a separate fee
